The same men have sought justice for the Saviors.

Gucati has been arrested by EULEX (September 25th) at veterans' offices in Pristina, where another raid took place that day.

The head of veterans that day was transferred to the detention facility of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers in The Hague.

The suspect has been issued for allegedly arrested for criminal acts against the administration of justice, respectively, for fear of witnesses, revenge and violations of the secret of the procedure, ahead of the Kosovo Criminal Code.

The same allegations have been arrested that day, as has the deputy chairman of this organisation, Nasim Haradinaj. Haradinaj has appeared days ago before the Court, where he said he does not recognise his mandate.

Yesterday, meanwhile, an invitation for an interview from The Hague received from Secretary O VL-KLA, Faton Klink.
