During this meeting, Wessel and EU representative Lajcak have talked about the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
In this case, Wessel has said the Democratic Party of Kosovo supports the process of dialogue and is the only one who has proposed a platform for the issue.
According to him, The PDK considers that the final agreement with Serbia is Kosovo's strategic interest in EU and UN membership.
The position of special EU representative Miroslav Lajcak, who on behalf of the European Union has a clear agenda to complete the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia with a final agreement, is encouraging. The Democratic Party of Kosovo will continue as opposition to make its contribution, where support is the will of the citizens and Constitution”.
Wessel has also talked about the need for more direct co-ordination with the United States.
