Otherwise, the Pristina Community by 2018 had started the first phase of building the parking lot, which is announcing the requirement for qualifications, to then proceed with the announcement of a proposal and to end with the selection of the most successful bidder,
In the first phase, six companies had applied the application of bidders.
The requirement for the qualifications aims to select companies that have financial and operational potential to implement the project, and is based on minimal technical qualifications as well as minimal financial qualifications.
But about the construction issue of this parking lot, Pristina municipality chairman Shpend Ahmeti had pledged that the works would begin in 2018.
The divided parking area is 13,990 square metres and is scheduled to be built in 2 stages. Disnivell in the western part of the location can be used to build several business establishments on a total of 500 square meters.
