It also says President Trump has started and will fulfill his project for permanent peace and mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia, writes Ilyriapress.
In this letter, the rival of Trump and the Democratic candidate for US president, Joe Biden, is accused of doing nothing during the time he had served as vice president in Barack Obama's mandate.
