This has been confirmed by the spokesperson for the Constitutional Court, Mirlinda Gashi.
Following police investigations, on Tuesday, October 20, 2020, the arrest of L.G. has taken place, while two others are on the run.
L.G. He allegedly made the transfer of over 2m euros through four different transactions, to the company's account, the LDA Group Shpk (limited responsibility), based in Lapusnik, the village in the Drensa municipality.
Through an extraordinary media conference, Kosovo Finance Minister Hykmete Bajrami has confirmed that four illegal transactions worth more than 2.1m euros took place, in an account of a private operator.
