He has not spoken on paper about responsibilities but has said the hard work of many workers who have worked long hours at this time.
He said he has been in isolation since 16 October, as it has resulted in positive with COVID-19.
The action that has occurred is totally individual, exceeding legal authorisations, taking illegal action, creating fake users in the system and breaking/respects of the ministry's responsible officials, from which the means have been taken. So he used access to the system to commit a crime, which was aimed at fraud through manipulation and breach of systems, which falls into the domain of cybercrime as well. The move was carried out without co-operation and without any approval by superiors”, Ismaili said on paper.
For this theft, which was discovered Wednesday, Treasury official Labinot Gruda was arrested, while the owner of the firm, where the means were completed, over 2m euros, are on the run.
