Big words. I get tired of Pristina shit every day

Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has said they are willing to discuss a compromise election with Kosovo, but only on the condition that Kosovo pre-found the Association of Serb majority municipalities. Vuciq said association of Serb majority municipalities should be formed not as a non-governmental organisation, as
“cannot be a non-governmental organisation”, Vuciq said of Serbia's Radio Television (RTS).
He reiterated that it is important to discuss a compromise solution with the EU's special emissar for dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak.
“We are always for dialogue and conversation, and I try not to respond to daily bullshit from Pristina. We want peace and stability, the flow of goods, capital, services and people”, Vuciq said.
After yesterday's meeting with EU minister for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti said there will be no association of Serb majority municipalities with executive competencies.
We have assurances that the Association has no executive competence. We have removed the idea of exchange of territories from the table. Nobody talks about it. There is no association with executive competence. I haven't changed my mind, I have no pressure”, Hoti said at the media conference.
The formation of the Association of Serb-run municipalities in Kosovo is envisioned with the agreement Kosovo and Serbia had signed in 2013. In 2015, under the European Union's mediation, the two countries reached an additional agreement to establish this Association, stressing that this would happen in the opinion of the Constitutional Court. The Constitution had found that the principles for this association were not in line with the Constitution, even though it had said they could be harmonised with a government legal act.
