The terrorist attack in France, Ambassador Central Gashi reacts

Through a tweeting of the Kosovo Embassy's post in France, Ambassador Staying Gashi has strongly condemned these attacks, saying terrorists would not win.

We strongly condemn terrorist attacks in Nice. Kosovo is with the French people and government in these difficult times, and our hearts are with the families of the victims and the wounded. Terrorists will not win”, it says in posting the Kosovo Embassy in France.

The attack on Nice, France, which is suspected of being terrorist motivated left three people dead and some injured today.

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has condemned the attack in France by means of a writing on his Twitter profile.

Kosovo stands near the people and government of France at this difficult moment, our thoughts are with the families of the victims and the wounded. Terrorists will never win”, Thaci writes among other things.

International media report that at least one of the victims has been killed within the basilica “Nore Dame Dame”, while the attacker has been arrested and sent to the hospital after being wounded by police.

However, the Daily Mail newspaper reports that two of the three victims were beheaded.
