In the last seven days, there have been 1,139 new cases of Corleone and ten victims in Kosovo.
Minister Zemaj has said after meeting with Ahmeti that with discipline and commitment, we can keep the economy and public life alive”.
He has sought responsibility from all to keep the epidemiological situation under control.
All that is required is respect for the measures. The increase in number these days is the individual disobedience of people, individuals, and those responsible, even in our public institutions. The unnecessary collection doesn't match anyone. Disobedience does not match anyone, no matter what position there is”, Zemaj said.
According to him, Kosovo is one of five countries with the best pandemic situation in Europe.
Pristina's first, Shpend Ahmeti, has raised concerns about increasing corruption cases in the capital.
Ahmeti has said he has asked citizens for co-operation in order not to return quarantine.
The location of the appointment is to have no additional retributions. We're trying not to have, with the idea that it does not depend on the ministry and the municipality, but on the citizens. We're not really interested in having additional retributions, we're not interested in quarantine, reducing schedules, but that depends only if we're in co-ordination with the citizens of Pristina, with the idea of slowing down a little”, Ahmeti said.
Earlier in the day, Zemaj met with regional hospital management and Kosovo Hospital Service and University Clinic, where he said the situation in hospitals is stable. But he demanded that the University Clinical Centre not be tasked with patients from regional hospitals.
“General hospitals can't at any moment upload the QKUK, guiding the cases. Patients who can receive adequate treatment in regional hospitals should remain there”, Zemaj said.
From the half of March, when the first cases of Corleone were presented, and until October 26, 18,148 were registered in Kosovo. Of them, 666 patients have died and 15,150 have recovered.
Active cases of COVIED-19, the disease that causes the coronary, are 2,332.
