Renowned Kosovo analyst Ramush Tahiri has said Serbia has changed neither strategy nor tactic in terms of Kosovo.
“From the time of the scene to the present day, Serbia has always played the same game by accusing Albanians of ruining security”, he has said. Afterwards, Tahiri has said that even during the time of the Ottoman Empire, any quarrel between villagers viewed it as an injustice, and Albanians were condemned and the problem is internationalised. “They want to represent Albanians who don't know how to do and maintain state, that they are not law-building. Serbia wants to make Kosovo's problem international, raising prejudices and linking it to association as a kind of autonomy within Kosovo”, Tahiri said further at RTK.
According to him, Serbia wants some kind of autonomy with Association, as in Republika Srpska, as a second power.
“They want to make Kosovo non-funskional, and this section that remains neither join Albania nor become a functional state. Serbia's evolution on Kosovo's internal affairs aims at turning association into autonomy within Kosovo and having special ties with Serbia and Kosovo defunct as state”, Tahiri stressed.
Commenting on Serbia's recent interventions and the harsh statements of official Belgrade, Tahiri says the goal is for the EU to force Kosovo to establish association.
