A car is on a pedestrian road and crashed with them. As a result, three citizens have been wounded, and a child has died.
The wounded were taken from the rescue helicopter scene.
Local police in Sygkerimena suspect the driver escaped from a bicycle lane, while reasons are unknown.
On the other hand, a spokesperson for Viersen's police suggested that the driver deliberately stepped onto the pedestrian road and the whole scene was not accidental but deliberate.
It is not yet known if this is a deliberate act but doubts are strong
