The hearing is being held on closed doors without media presence.
Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor has sought detention for the person allegedly misusing the state's 2m euros.
Through four transactions of change over 2m euros of state have been transferred on 9 October to the “company. LDA Group” based on Lapusnik of Drenas.
The transfer of this money to the company's accounts allegedly enabled L.G., a state Treasury worker who was arrested on the evening of October 20th and today appeared before the court. And two more are on the run.
