Following the Kosovo Police's response to the case in question, Elona says he will seize all legal opportunities to whiteen the case.
Kosovo police, during today, have announced that the Directorate for Internal Investigation and Verifiation of the PK Past, have begun handling the case, and depending on those found during the investigation will take comfortable action on internal administrative guidelines.
Yesterday, Elona through a post in a Facebook group claimed that when she was leaving a store, a policeman stopped her because she didn't have the mask on her face. She claims the police have turned to her by saying “. You, with the edge of your breath, know that with it the virus spins through your lips:
In her post, she claims that the police had her hair removed.
Following the Kosovo Police's reaction, Elona says she has respect for the police, but in her case she says that if she had to be punished, it should be enough, and not to violent her, as she claims.
Elona's full response without interference:
Media Response
Thank you for your interest in the case. As you know yesterday in front of my apartment, when I've been alone with a bag in my hand, it's been a case in question.
Now after posting to a group, which I've done with the intention of informing citizens about what's happening, I've been written a lot of journalists to go to the media on the market about the case. The only step we're going to take, is in legal terms and I'm not going to give interviews, just like I haven't talked to any media until now because my intention is to go out on television or inportal, but it just went on the legal path. I hope anyone who has such a problem makes me brave enough for your right!
Always respect for the yogurt police, but not for this case that has enough punishment if it's meant to be denu (when it doesn't even have a fixed mask), which doesn't need to insult and feed me violence on the pretext: “to say what I want you to do and what you do is”
True, we may not have enough strength, but I'm glad there are legal ways to follow.
Also, thank you for the two cops who took the cop away from me in question and who's had very good behavior.
As citizens of this country that enjoys guaranteed rights under constitutions and law, all legal opportunities at your disposal will be exhausted, so that this opportunity can be cleared!
