Zafir Berisha, the national co-ordinator for cybernetics, has reacted after stealing two million euros from the state treasury, which Minister Hykmete Bajrami described as exactly the cyber attack.
Berisha has reacted through a Facebook post. He said this case couldn't be called “cyberattack” because the theft occurred from a “the house's den”.
