14. Number of Children List your name, birth date, gender, hometown, and birth country for all unmarried children under 21 years of age on your electronic registration day, whether they live with you or not, or they intend to accompany you or follow you to join you to emigrate to the United States. If your DV application was made before your unmarried child was 21 years old, and your child turns 21 before the release of the visit, he/she could be treated as if he/she were under 21 for the purpose of the visa review, always if he is available/qualified according to the CSPA formula.

A child who is already an American citizen or a permanent legal resident does not need a visa of diversity, and you will not be penalised for not including such family members in your application. Failure to include the lottery registration of all children who are eligible will result in the disqualified of the main applicant and the rejection of all random visas at the time of the visa interview.
