From a Serbia where Ratko Mladic is exalted, how can official recognition of the Srebrenica genocide be expected?

From a Serbia where the state defends Ljubisa Dickovic and Bozidar Deliqi, how can recognition of war crimes against civilians in Recak, Meja, Kornica, as well?
