Kosovo's specialised prosecutor at The Hague tomorrow will hold the conference on the first arrested by this court, Salih Mustafa.
On the Special Court's agenda, a press conference by Prosecutor Jack Smith has been warned tomorrow, who will talk about the performance of the Salih Mustaf case.
The conference is expected to be held on Monday, October 5th, by 1500.
We remember that Salih Mustafa was arrested in Pristina on 24 September by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office on the basis of a warrant for the transfer and confirmed indictment, issued by a Kosovo Specialised Chambers Prosecution Court.
Mustafa on September 28th had the first appearance in the Kosovo Specialised Chambers Trial Hall (DHSK) in The Hague.
The Actakuz charges the former KLA member with individual criminal responsibility for arbitrary ban, cruel treatment, torture and unlawful murder, which are war crimes under international law.
