The US request for the extradition of 10 other computer fraud suspects through false investment platforms has not yet been filed because they rejected the extradition, the Supreme Court in Belgrade told Tanjug.
Since the initial AS agreed to extradition to the United States, there will be no complaint against it. The extradition will soon be decided by Serbia's Justice Minister, who must give his consent.
Computer fraud suspects were questioned on September 30th before the judge for the Supreme Court's preliminary procedure in Belgrade, and then handed over custody.
They were arrested in a joint action of internal investigation bodies in Serbia and the FBI.
