Security expert Drizan Shala has said Kosovo remains in a stable and manageable state of national security.
“The security situation in Kosovo is manageable, where even the local mechanism, but international ones are co-ordinating certain activities in particular the exchange of information regarding possible threats from inside or outside that the Republic of Kosovo could be punished”.
“is seeing a grim atmosphere in our cities because we are awaiting certain activities that are under way in the Special Court background, and in this form security is also at a pause stage, as the key focus of security acts, but also those political ones on how processes are developing”.
Shala, a local television, also spoke of the impact of appointments and dismissals that take place in various institutions in the country.
The “those appointed to certain positions have a high-security level, have access to classified information, and if there's any change to management then the probability is very high that some information that can be carried from one management to the other and attacks the police as simple as”.
“in Kosovo we often have appointments and dismissals, and this fits security with or without will it remains the political aspect”, Shala said.
According to Shala, it is a fair decision to eliminate the anti-corruption Task Force from Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti.
“I think it's good to create a new security mechanism in Kosovo, we've had the dismissal or extinction of the prime minister's anti-corruption Task Force, Avdullah Hoti, this in a procedural and legal way has been in order, but the cases this Task-force has taken have not brought profit to the Kosovo budget”.
“The prime minister fairly made the decision to erase this Task-force, but I think it is very vital that Kosovo create a new security mechanism called “National Bureau of Investigation”.
“Such a buro of the investigation where key investigative acts would have their own representatives investigating that mechanism and information flow had to cut down the procedure”.
Shala, among other things, said the arrests made by the Special Court package security in the country.
This court is unwittingly or deliberately by the legislature that voted it has made a big mistake about their future and the state”.
The trial will create turmoil because the key acts of this court are key even in Kosovo, and if anyone goes to arrest the person who is the bearer of important processes in Kosovo, it also directly fits the country's security”.
From what we are reading, we see this court acting without mandate and must be prohibited from Kosovo's own Parliament and all materials processed on the part of this trial to carry institutions to Kosovo and then start investigations”, Shala said.
Shala also spoke of stealing over two million euros in the State Treasury.

The key problem is to know whether such cases have occurred in the past, that's the basic issue we need to know”.
It is good for Kosovo institutions to seek help from Guard de Financa for deeper investigation”.
