According to Rukiqit, limiting job hours will result in a decline in circulation, while gastronomy expenses will remain fixed, such as wages, rents.
“For new measures: Limited businesses must be financially supported.
Limitation of working hours in certain sectors of the economy results in reduced circulation, while savings remain fixed (cate, wages, etc). In most of the businesses that will be working part-time, an important part of the speculation is created at a time when the same should be closed because of new measures to prevent spread of the pandemic”, Rukiqi said.
He has also said he will propose to the government that this financial measure towards businesses be made.
The action on new restrictive measures would have to be followed by a financial measure in support of these businesses, at least 30 to 40% of total wages and rents. We're going to propose to the Government that this be done, that these businesses survive, in the same way, have to reduce the fixed spending, which means getting rid of the job or completely shut down”, he said.
