The rise of an act of corruption against Vorf

Vorfi is accused of failing to declare his wealth, following the surrender of his mandate as an assamist.

According to the indictment provided by “Justice bet”, Vorfi is being charged by the prosecution for committing criminal work “mos reporting or false reporting of property, income, gift, other material benefits or financial obligations”, by Article 430, paragraph 1 of KPRK.

According to the indictment, from June 27, 2019 to July 27, 2019, the defendant lives Vorfi, in the quality of the former Communist Council in Gjakova, which qualifies within the framework of senior public officials from Article 3, paragraph, 1 subpargraph 1.1 points of Law No. 04/L-050, for the declaration, background and control of the property of public officials, and the declaration, background and control of gifts for all official persons, has not made the declaration of property in the term 30 days after the mandate was handed over as an Asamblis, according to Article 5 of Law 04/ L-05 and Article 3 of Law 04/L-028, this prior obligation to all senior public officials following the break of public office exercise, even though the defendant has been informed in advance and aware of the obligation to state property.
