The Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan has requested the appointment of the detention measure, by the competent Court in Gjilan, to a minor suspect, after allegedly raping and without authorization recorded the minor victim
This has been made known through a communique for the media by the Gjilan Prosecution.
The case occurred in the municipality of Gjilan, where it is suspected that the minor during January 2020, has violated the minor victim and that during sexual relations without authorization it has recorded, then published the same recording.
In this way, the minor is suspected to have committed criminal acts, such as the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code.
