Raka talks second wave of Covid-19 in Kosovo calls for implementation of measures

Microbiologist Lulu Raca has spoken of the danger of blowing a second wave. He thinks the spread of Avid-19 depends greatly on the behavior of citizens. Once again, he has called for implementation of anti-coronvirus measures. We have three factors that make us better prepare for the intensity of the wave [...]
We have three factors that make us better prepare for the intensity of the expected new wave, in many European states, is already at its peak. That depends on many factors, but we can influence our most important behavior. How we conduct ourselves at this time, therefore this strengthens the implementation of preventive measures on the one hand by the people of Kosovo, and on the other, empowering oversight by the Inspectorate and police”, Raka told Kosovo public television.
He says we're all responsible for preventing the spread of Avid-19.
The increase in circulation of normal people who carry the risk of spreading so this necessarily increases the implementation of preventive measures for all, regardless of whether they came from exile or we are in Kosovo itself, preventative measures should be implemented”, he added.
But can there ever again be a total closure of the state?
I am against such (classical) closure. It's not the total closure. But if there's a huge increase in numbers, cases and overload of capacity then normal, there will be certain restrictions but not total closure. Total closure is not an option, but other restrictive measures if we have massive growth then can have”, Raka said.
