Three international agreements bills, which have not received enough votes at last session after being rejected by LVV, have not been put to the polls at all, since there have been fewer than 80 deputies in the hall, enough for their approval.

While no voter turnout has left the Law on Petitions in principle. The draft law on changing and completing the Law on Religious Freedom in Kosovo has not been put to the polls, since a double majority, which has not been present in the Assembly, is needed to pass.
