Prosecutor Begins Investigations for Three Prizren Community Directors

For the latter, lawyer Gent Gjini is claiming to have failed to respect the court's ruling for temporary suspension of the contest, and 11 employees have gone to their workplace where they signed the contracts and received salaries.

I'd like to inform you that I counsel Gent Djind after representing the damaged party and after having filed a criminal indictment concerning 3 directors of Prizren's municipality the prosecutor has now made a decision to launch criminal investigations for 3 director of Prizren municipality here for Education Director Xhemile Vezzachish Director for Public Services Osman Krasniqi and Tourism Director Seville Kazaz.

So these three directors have been launched criminal investigations by the state prosecution for contempt of court decisions.

This is about a temporary court ruling that Prizren's court has taken and with which the competition for 11 employees had to be suspended at these three directors, but these directors who had the responsibility to respect the court's decision for the temporary suspension of the contest have not done it and 11 employees have gone to their workplace and signed the contracts and taken second wages now. Now we're the injured party where I'm in this case a lawyer for the denounced party, Arian Pulaj, and we're the ones who made the announcement, and now the case has been passed on to the official launch of investigations against three directors who are indicted in criminal procedure.

These three directors have to be suspended from Prizren's municipality authority, since official investigations on the prosecutor's side have now been launched, but they are unfortunately still in office and are totally irresponsible on the law”, he has announced.
