He says this long conversation has been made over “The EU's Great Investment Plan for the Western Balkans” and for further impetus towards the multi-critical project in Kosovo, the one of Mini Shengen.
Mr. Rama has thanked Mrs. Merkel for the support she has given Albania also for opening negotiations for EU membership and for Albania's progress.

With Chancellor Merkel, we talked about 60 minutes ago about the European Union's Grand Investment Plan for the Western Balkans and further promotion towards Regional Schengen; Albania's progress following the decision on opening negotiations and ongoing efforts towards the First Intergovernmental Conference with the EU, as well as the successful chairmanship of O The SEU from Albania and challenges until the end of our mandate in December.
