The prime minister again answers Haradinaj: Police officers work on Prosecution guidelines

Government chief Avdullah Hoti has again responded to Ramush Haradinaj, saying that the abolition of the anticorruption force in Kosovo Police does not dim the fight against corruption. He said all police officers who were in the task force would work according to Special Prosecutor's instructions. “The work of officials who have been [...]
“Puna work of officials who have been within Task Force in the Kosovo Police continues without any change in dealing with crime and corruption subjects, according to Special Prosecutor” guidelines, Hoti wrote in a response to FB.
According to him, all those officials continue to carry out their legal obligations according to the internal organisation of the Kosovo Police without any interference.
Anyone who has doubts about this, let him use all legal means to request supervision and clarification for each”'s work, he added.
Otherwise, Ramush Haradinaj, reacting to Hoti, why he has extinguished the task force, has said how many times the Constitution has been respected for a party has turned out badly.
Haradinaj's reaction came after Hoti said the policy should not be mixed in justice and the constitution should be respected in terms of police.
“Politics should not be mixed in to justice. We've done this with the decisions we've made in these months of government. Justice should do the work by law, not by government decisions. Returning legitimacy and constitutionality in the country should be the commitment of all”, Hoti wrote in a reaction.
Legal security is guaranteed only by respecting the constitution, state laws and institutions”, he added.
Haradinaj went against the government's decision to dismiss a mechanism within the Kosovo Police established at the prime minister's decision in 2010.
This task force had begun arresting high profile public figures suspected of corruption. At least three mayors were targeted.
The EU countries have also emerged against this task of strength.
