The candidate to become president of the United States, Joe Biden, has published a several-point plan, revealing that America's relations with Kosovo and Albania will appear.
According to him, Kosovo independence is irreversible and in line with international law.
He has also shown that he supported NATO intervention in 1999 for Kosovo's liberation.
Beden has stressed that if he becomes president, he will stop the unbalannized approach of current President Donald Trump regarding Kosovo and Serbia.
