The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan has announced that case prosecutor Roselida Monastery has called for the appointment of the detention measure, in the 30-day term, by the competent Court in Gjilan, to twenty-four suspected persons who were detained during the action held on October 01th 2020, which has been the continuation of Karacheva's action.
According to request, defendant R.S., L.M., F.A., A.A., N.M., H.R., P.S., A.D., F., R.K., I.T., R.A., A. Th and F.K., since November 2019, in the border zone between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Serbia, respectively on the village's territory of Karacheva municipality of Kamenica, in succession, deliberately and with the aim of illegal property profitability, have taken action to smuggle cattle, which have carried them through illegal routes outside the border line, avoiding customs control<18x1>.

While, defendant I.K., from September 18th, 2019, until September 18, 2020, at the Automatate Club, in the village of Karacheva municipality of Kamenica, with the aim of illegal property gains, illegally and consistently organized lucky games, which are prohibited by law.
In this way, he committed the criminal act of organising pyramid schemes and illegal gambling, of KPRK.
The detention action appointment hearing is expected to be held today before the pre-trial judge.
