Police with official report on arrest of Hakki Rugova and others

Kosovo police last night have arrested Istog Mayor Hakki Rugova, and two other officials.

Through a 24-hour report, it has become known that they have been arrested under suspicion of misuse of official position or authority, conflict of interest and counterfeiting of the document.
