Until both owners of the company “LDA Group”, Kadri Shala and Valon Shala are currently searching for the state. According to Express sources within the prosecution they are allegedly hiding in Turkey.
They had fled to the Turkish state earlier, where they had also begun extracting and spending money stolen from the treasury of the Republic of Kosovo.
Both company owners “The LDA Group”, as sources inside the Prosecutor's Office say, were beginning to buy cars and fell under the eye of investigators when they committed one of the purchases.
Since then, both have been blocked until they are taught that they have managed to raise 250 thousand euros.
The money at the Lapusnik-based company's address had been sent in four parts. Initially, 622 thousand euros had been transferred, the second time 375 thousand, then 330,000 and for the last time 750 thousand euros.
Gruda, according to the Prosecutor's File, had managed to complete an eight-minute transfer of over 2m euros to the Lapusnik-based company's address. He had done so by creating a nuclear account so that they would appear to be treasure workers.
Finance Minister Hykmete Bajrami has also provided details regarding the case, indicating that the transaction took place on 9 October.
Gruda's defence lawyer, meanwhile, has said 13 other people were along with his client at the office.
