In an interview for the American broadcaster CBS, Navally said he plans to return within months and continue his fight against corruption.
He spoke from Berlin, where he's recovering from poisoning with nervous agent Novico.
Navajo has been poisoned on a flight from Siberia to Moscow on August 20th.
Independent labs in Germany, France and Sweden, as well as the Organisation for the Prevention of Chemical Weapons, have confirmed that Navlany has been poisoned with Novico.
The Kremlin denies its poisoning and the Russian government has resisted international pressure to open investigation into the case.
Last week, the European Union has agreed to impose sanctions against six Russian officials and a subject for poisoning.
Navajo, a fierce critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin, reiterated to CBS that he is sure Putin is responsible for poisoning.
“I think Putin uses chemical weapons to do two things to kill me and terrorise others”, Navlany said.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the allegations that Putin is responsible are “groundless” and “unacceptable”.
Navalny was released from a Berlin hospital on September 22nd after spending 32 days at the clinic.
According to CBS, he is still under German government protection because there are concerns that he may be the target of another poisoning.
