Mustafa: Race for local and national elections will be PDK's best

They'll be the best in the race, we'll all be together for the most noble purpose of democracy and the establishment of our municipalities and state. It has long been working on the necessity of democratisation and reforming our political subjects as the first and most necessary step for reforming society as a whole. Zaten, without a bold, deep and comprehensive reform of them, should not claim much needed reform of the state and municipal structure of the Republic of Kosovo, says the head of Kosovo Qemajl Mustafa's PDK for the regionpress.

Qemajl Mustafa chairman of the PDK branch in Gjilan again speaks boldly about all the threats Kosovo and its society have.

This time again, Kemajl Mustafa engages in all party races to win the best.

Mustafa says that we can make good, productive plans from damaged, exacerbated seedlings, can't we? “Opening to the general public, abandoning quality, bringing new and foremost energy, of new and creative ideas, has always been faced with curbs and misunderstandings from the ruling and beneficial contexts of our political subjects (and any other public organisation). Unreasonably, more and less, this process is always accompanied by cramps, hesitations, and, at times, obvious friction. They do so, mainly those who have enjoyed privileges and have structured and stabered well over the years and on mandates, from the top of the structure of political subjects to the ever - distant subdes on the ground. Each election process up here (after 20 years of life of the Democratic Party of Kosovo) has brought a higher degree of opening, refreshments and innovations to the party, but, already after many governing mandates at the central and local level (ever in government and second time), the party has developed a need for more radical changes, both on its programming level and on the level of curdification of all backgrounds (profesionists and policies of all profiles, young and middle-aged women, but men, always maintaining and maintaining the barad where they have made good contributions from the beginning of many contributions that have been made by the beginning of the road. The PDK and so far, which quadro represent the basic component of its good tradition, idea and war for freedom, for the state and for Kosovo democracy, Mustafa says.

Mustafa thinks the PDK, head of its leader, Kadri Veselin, has managed to contain, obviously and successfully finalise its first phase of the turn (reform) through the internal electoral process 2019. “After natural problems (unnewable brings each election process), The PDK has entered the second phase of consolidation, which is its unification and professional structure as a necessary aspect of making the party's harmonisation and internal education even to build the large and wide working front at both the national and local” says Mustafa.

According to him, the PDK branch in Gjilan is just finalising this phase through the establishment of professional commissions in the branch, a number of which has already been carried out. We're making the approach of prominent branch frameworks near the leadership because it's already known that, through an election process with free and secret votes, we don't always bring all good men to the top of the structure. They then scale the structure through the troops and professional consulting mechanisms of the branch and the center. He is concerned about the heavy road through which this political organisation has gone -- whose roots go deep and far, to the idea of liberation, of war, of Kosovo's independence, and of the unification of our lands -- a basket for the great achievements of Kosovo society along the last three swifts, at the heart of which it is certainly the foundation. The PDK as the main example, but, especially the exchange for concessions and mistakes, for the impasses and deviations that have taken place on this long and heavy journey, its leader, Kadri Wessel, in the PDK reform project, has distinguished and put the fight against evil in the party and in Kosovo's wider society first. The unconditional fight against individuals, and especially against the deviant (Criminal, corrupt and nepotistic structures), which were advanced and then enriched to the expense of the PDK's broad membership and at the expense of Kosovo's simple citizen is the top priority of the leader and party” Mustafa adds.

Mustafa thinks this is a permanent and essential action to pave the way for reform in justice that presents breathing and preconditions for the proper and sustainable development of all areas of Kosovo society's activities (economics, education, health, administration, security, diplomacy...)

“In the first phase, President Wessel did this with courage and elegantity by bringing these two to the top and by bypassing the controversial names (even falsely charged by a completely distorted justice system) as well as not running for MPs in the October 6th 2019 national elections. It was a particularly popular step by the PDK's broad membership, by the people of Kosovo and by our traditional friends, such as the US, the countries of Quintus and the EU. The PDK became a model and avant of establishing new standards in its home, which the necessary model is conveying to other subjects in the country. What they leave to wish at this stage (which has been raised as fully-based concern is the total lack of representation of Gjilan and Anamorawa in the party leadership in the centre. Reserves are left in the leadership and professional departments, with what, this side will certainly have the worthy representation at the helm of the party and the state because the consequences of the counter are already seen from 2013 onward. Procrastination of this representation only restrains and aggravates reform in Anamorawa. Over the past 20 years, Gjilan and Anamorawa's PDK have not had the merit of representing central power either in the party, but neither in institutions, and as a result, its branches have marginal degradation on this side of Kosovo” says Kemajl Mustafa.

“simply, the power of the branch in Gjilan has been carried and is wrongly focused on a few individuals outside who, for their own family and tribal needs, have materialised it, but nothing more and never to the benefit of the branch that has done much work and has contributed much to the PDK at the centre. This approach, completely wrong, should end forever. We agreed with the leader of the party that this would happen quickly and certainly. The merit of branch power must be returned to the branch forums but not far outside. The decisions on the division of branch power should be made with the chairmanship, subs, and its presiding council. Only this way of handling the branch in Gjilan, of the Anamorawa branch, and wherever injustice has been done and asymmetrical and disbalanced approach will the branch trust at the party center and the trust of each of us members and activists in each other in structure and abroad. We, true membership and activists, have always considered the party to be our big family, which has the first and last development and democratisation of our municipalities and of our state, to be well treated by individuals, families, organisations and businesses in Kosovo” PDK in Gjilan.

Mustafa says this spirit has evidently begun to return to the party and must return to full. The trust of broad membership in the party leader and its leadership alone is a safe competition for masovisation, for extending and strengthening the PDK to each corner of the country until its victories for Kosovo municipalities and its Parliament. The PDK as the major opposition is, in parallel, preparing for possible early national elections and regular local elections in 2021. Her leader, Mr. Kadri Wessel is visiting the branches to support them in reforming and expanding them on the ground, but, of particular importance, is particularly costing the private economy sector from which it comes, I told all of the country's material, cultural and spiritual goods ( mass employment, money circulation, growth and filling the state and municipal budget, investments in all sectors of the country's public life...).

Who will be the candidate for mayor of Gjilan?

“We in Gjilan, long and long before next year's local elections, will make the definition of the absolutely best candidate for mayor and the excellent list of candidates for the municipality Assembly. We've been evidently more prominent with the candidate for chairman, but also with individuals for councilors in the KK. This list will have prominent branch officials and activists as if there will be new names from all public activities in the municipality (from politics, economy, education, health, sports, culture, youth, and civil society). The branch is devoting special importance to the consolidation of the submarines and to the masovisation of the branch. Attention is being given to the arrival of young students and professionals to the branch, who will also meet most of the burden of responsibility for the party's further reform and the establishment of our municipality and state, as well. After all, the PDK branch in Gjilan (compared to the branches of other subjects in this municipality) has witnessed itself along its six-year rule with the municipality through honesty, through full openness, through special respect to its citizens, to families and to businesses. This reference we have as great and unattainable advantage from our competitors” adds Mustafa.

The LDK never ruled the municipality with the ideal democratic, developmental and statehood

“How many times it came to its helm, it politicised it, analysed it, broke it, and now it's finally being financially bankrupt. Others in competition (with all due respect) are either small and impossible or completely inexperienced in leadership. Therefore, there is no other way for Gjilan citizenship except to determine for the PDK's candidate for mayor and for its prominent country list. The confirmed truth is that only we know, we want, and we have the courage to take the responsibility to fix the LDK's permanent decays, we know the most stable and the most advanced municipality. Only we know about the government with everyone and everyone. Only we know and have the courage to turn the municipality completely into the government of its citizen, who also owns this ownership. With this approach alone and restoring the full trust of citizens to our politics and institutions, we can build, advance and integrate our municipalities and our country. As for the presidential candidate, the branch, along with the president Wessel, has not yet taken a stand. No matter what you talk about my name, nothing official we have in this direction. I consider myself among the best in the branch, but completely equal to them in terms of democratic space and the chances we have to create together in the party. The good news is, at the branch (as I said) there are some other prominent names that have the definitions, they already have the right experience, and they should have had ambition to run for mayor. The branch, along with the center, should give opportunity and opportunity to anyone with this opportunity and willingness. With a fully constructive and democratic discussion within branch forums and in close co-operation with the centre, we will do our best for the branch, the municipality of Gjilan and the state of Kosovo. The appointment of Prime Minister Wessel and leadership at the centre that the PDK will have announced to the public the candidacy for mayors until March 2021 and then even the candidates' lists for municipal assemblies by June this year, has been extremely enjoyed by the PDK's membership as well as by the general society of municipalities and Kosovo. I personally and all of us in the PDK, after these bold reforming steps in the party, believe deeply in the PDK's powerful recovery in the governance of most of our municipalities and the state of Kosovo despite difficulties, the challenges of the major obstacles it currently has on the road. After all, it's not just “that difficult tasks are good tasks”. This, let alone, suggests that light tasks do everybody, while the heavy complexes do only the specifics, the testimony of the brave” has said Kemajl Mustafa.
