He writes:
The agreement with Serbia passes through eastern Kosovo.
What is important to our policy is that no solution to Kosovo's benefit can be realised without being part of dialogue and the final agreement, as well as Eastern Kosovo. Fortunately, this has begun to be understood in many influential international circles in the region. The International Crisis Group (ICG) commissioner, an institution that has played an important role in preparing international opinion also for Kosovo's independence, clearly recommends to policymakers in Brussels that there are two ways to solve problems between Kosovo and Serbia -- or autonomy for Serbs in Kosovo and Albanians in the Valley or variant that eventually solves the problem of redefining borders between Kosovo and Serbia. Full report by the ICG is also expected soon.
