Mujarrier in front of petambists: We saved “Environment” from bankruptcy

The guy before the peana ambists gave a speech showing how he saved “Environment” from bankruptcy.

The following is his full talk:

I'm here today in front of you in which the chairman of the Local Public Enterprise Board “Environment” to submit the January-evator 2020 report, but in the meantime we also distributed the audit report for 2019.
Before I begin with detail, let me thank Mr. Mayor. Gazmend Muharari to the correct and cooperation as long as we are in the position of the Steering Board, but we also have a special thank you for the director of the Public Service, Mrs. Jevaware Cek, who has stood by us and supported us within her own reach.
Your Honor, since each of you has reports before, I will try to be brief and clear in reporting.

Once the task was taken from the new Managing Board in 2019, the objectives of what direction the company should go for the next three years, some of the targets have been accomplished, and some continue to remain in the process, as long as I talk about objectives, realisations and challenges that will mean what situation we've found.

The main objective was to change office facilities where from a small object working from 5 to 6 employees in an office we've moved into the new facility built by the municipality exclusively for the company “Environment”.

The other target was the formation of the management team, where the company's top management positions, such as Secretary General, Internal Auditor and KKF, who, along with the chief, were missing a new dynamic management company.

The next target was buying two trucks that have obviously influenced the quality of service. One of our objectives that has been accomplished is to establish internal regulations in the company because for so many years of operation, this enterprise had no internal regulation. The other objective accomplished was to set a standard in management which has been achieved through top officials; the interior auditer who has helped us with his findings, the secretary general who has been insistent in respecting any procedure and regulations, the ZKF, and the chief chief's will to co-operate in improving the situation.

Through the findings of the inside audience we have achieved, the establishment of a rule in the operating system, the regulation of the organisational scans, the regulation of the employee contracts, and not only that, during this period, this board along with the management have managed to frame internal control mechanization, then the deployment of cameras into the object and storage, the installation of the digital access system, the website, the opening of the website offices on the social network, distribution of operational time to each client to know when each neighborhood gets to do so.

One of our goals that is accomplished in the process is staff training, because we've seen it necessary that the staff of this company be brought together in the changes that take place in their areas.
The next goal was to raise salaries in January 2020 for all staff worth 50 euros.

The target achieved from last year was the closure of 2019 with a positive trend, which has not occurred for the past five years.
The company “Environmental” along with the management board and management has other objectives that are in the process of realisation such as digitizing clientele, placing GPS on each vehicle, setting digital scale, etc.

4.2 CHIDAT
In a local public enterprise, challenges are inevitable just as in our company are inevitable by adding to this the situation with the pandemic that has taken us out of the tracks and you can imagine that in this case how big challenges become.
Our challenges are domestic but also external, but for us it remains a challenge to increase the number of customers which is not happening in the steps we want, and also, the challenge remains new assets, and another challenge is new storage, one of the permanent challenges is to raise the civic awareness to carry out their obligations, etc.

And to the end, what I mean doesn't sound very modest, but it's true that this Board and this management have saved this company from safe bankruptcy.
