There is doubt that defendants in co-ordination have violated the 15-year-old minor, though they have known the same is minor.
With these actions, the defendants allegedly committed criminal work “rape” act sanctioned with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
As investigations are under way in the direction of the criminal offense against the defendants, the Court has concluded that the same if found in freedom, could affect each other, but also in the minor injury, by making it difficult to fully light the actual situation.
Therefore, the judge of the preliminary procedure at the Department of Internal Crimes, after holding the hearing, has considered legal conditions for the appointment of the detention measure to the defendants to be met, as it has also been taken on grounds the burden of criminal work.
