Labinot Gruda is one of the suspects for evaporating 2m euros from the Kosovo Republic Treasury budget.
The State Prosecutor's File reports that Gruda for an eight-minute period has made the transfer of over 2m euros to the account of the Lapusnik-based LDA Group Shk company. According to the defence attorney, Gruda in his office has been with 12-13 others.

Currently Labinot Gruda has been in custody for a month with the Pristina Foundation Court ruling. The two owners of the company who have accepted the money are being sought by the state, until the investigation has expanded to full 40.
