Besnik Berisha, Haki Rugova's lawyer, after the end of the session, has denied the charges Rugova was charged with, saying the prosecution committed a crime.
He announced that the prosecution has dropped the charge against Lulzim Blaja. For Rugova, however, he said he hopes he will return to his family, since he is innocent.
Berisha added that at five o'clock, at LDK headquarters, there will be a press conference where details will be given on the prosecution the prosecution has filed against Rugova.
The hearing of President Rugova has been kept closed for media.
Otherwise, we remember that Istog Mayor Haki Rugova, along with Deputy Chairman Lulzim Blakaj, were arrested on October 9th, under suspicion of mishandling the official position and forging official documents.
