Andrew Shala of the Social Democrat Initiative has responded to the EU special emissary's statements for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, who said today there will be no agreement without the establishment of the Association of Serb majority municipalities.
I am not in a position to want more deals than Kosovo and Serbia. If there is no will for agreement there will be no agreement. There will be no normalisation of relations without Association. Kosovo has signed, the Assembly has ratified it, Kosovo must implement it. It's part of the negotiations. When politicians don't want to reopen the text, and we don't want to, but we want to implement what has been promised, Lajcak said.
While Shala through a Facebook post said that, like there will be no Association for mutual recognition.
Just like there won't be an association without a Reciprocation Agreement! ”, writes Shala.
