Lajcak speaks after the meeting: Today's talks have marked a step ahead of agreement

EU Special Emisar for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajcak has said that in today's talks they have marked a step forward.

According to Lajcak today, the two chief negotiators have agreed to keep the second round of talks on financial claims and property.
