Lajcak made fun of Kosovo, Constitution is not a Bible, but it's not even rubber to last anywhere you like

Professor and one of the founders of the Constitution, Arsim Bajrami, says Miroslav Lajcak was ridiculed in Kosovo from Belgrade.

He says the mockery was his statement that constitution isn't funny, but he says constitution isn't even rubber.

He mocked Kosovo, said the Kosovo Constitution is not bibel, but it is neither rubber to extend for EU needs, he said in a show. /Periscopi/
