He also writes that the EU and the US want to see progress in the way that the region has European prospects.
Mr. Costnet's meeting with Lajcak has made it known to him on eight.

While Lajcak is standing on a three-day visit to Kosovo, where he has first met with the country's prime minister, Avdullah Hoti, Chief Prime Minister Vjosa Osmani, and then with President Hashim Thaci. He has also met with representatives of political parties in the country.
The visit comes at a time when the topic of the Association of Serbian municipalities has blocked dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, where the latter insists that this topic be discussed while Kosovo continues to reject its opening.
