Driton Tali has said it has already taken place four and a half months since the submitted request and the court has not yet given an assessment.
The Constitutional Court, not the Hashim Thaci Court!!
In the evening, a Kosovo newspaper reported that the Constitutional Court had already made a decision that assessed MP Arifi's vote as anti-unconstitutional, which could potentially lead to the collapse of the Hoti Government.
Last night, however, the Constitutional Court itself issued a statement that it had not made a decision on such a decision.

It was more than four and a half months, from June 11th, a request put forward by the largest party in the country, where deputy Etem Arifi is seen not able to assess it!
