In the absence of digital sovereignty currently every time Kosovo citizens connect to the IP addresses they relate to other countries in the region like Albania, Serbia, as well as North Macedonia.
Kosovo's taking of the domain is complicated even more because of the lack of membership in the United Nations Organisation, as well as in several other mechanisms of this organisation, says Zafir Berisha, deputy minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
