Kosovar poisons man and links him with throat cable

Meanwhile, the two girls, shaken by the noises, remove their mother from him and “take her out of the bedroom shortly before their father's expected death”, the indictment says.

Kosovar has been kept in custody since the attempt to poison. On the other hand, her husband, a medical assistant with a profession, is accused of rape, broadcasts albinfo.ch. According to the text of the indictment, he had forced his wife to have masochistic sex with him several times in the months prior to her attempts at poisoning.

He too had often beaten him.

The couple are also accused of fraud at the social aid office. With false information, they have benefited about 34,000 francs of social aid from this office.

By their first application, both had stated that they had a total of about 300 francs in the bank, albinfo.ch. As evidence, they had brought an account to Migros Bank with a 50-cent credit situation and one to Raiffeisenbank with a loan situation of 9.75 CHF.

The couple also have not told the social welfare office in Zurich that the man has some properties in Kosovo, worth a total of nearly 170,000 CHF.

The woman is also accused of fraudulent bankruptcy and deposit fraud. The trial against the couple in Zurich will last two days. The two accused need an Albanian translator during the process. They have a permanent permit (Vise C) in Switzerland.

For the woman, the public prosecutor has demanded a 15-year exile from Switzerland, while for the man, ten years.
