Klink: Special Court Not Right, Only KLA Members

Klink has said that as an organisation, he has been repeatedly opposed, as it is not a fair court.

The “E have repeatedly disputed because it cannot be a fair court since it judges only KLA members, when it is known that in Kosovo there has been a liberation war against the invaders, and the conqueror is the one who has committed war crimes”, he said in a televised debate.

In addition, he said that as a veteran organisation, they have requested a local court that would pursue and judge war crimes in Kosovo.

Klink added the Special Court has prompted Serbia to create, but Kosovo Assembly deputies have created it.
