Klink: Special Court is working illegally

KLA OVL Secretary Faton Klinkaku says the Special Court is working illegally because he has expired the 5-year term.

He says that even the president's own request to continue the mandate of this court indicates there is no warrant.

He says that from UCK's OVL, meetings are under way with parliamentary groups to see the possibility of sending this case to the Constitutional Court.

This court is operating illegally, it's arresting people illegally, we've found the way we're going to send it to the Constitution, it can do 10 deputies, it can do the prime minister, the president, we've met several parliamentary groups and we're going to meet all parliamentary groups”, Klink said.

“We are showing that it has passed the mandate, if the Parliament can continue its mandate, it takes 2/3 of MPs to change the constitution, he has said.
