Kosovo Assembly MPs again failed to support the Bill for the protection of the Kosovo Liberation Army war values.
Only 31 MPs have participated in the KLA's draft values vote.
The Democratic League of Kosovo and the Vetevendosje Movement have not participated in the vote at all.
Due to lack of quorum for voting this bill, the same could be put to the polls in another case.
