KEDS Academy V part III, each of the students from last year's studies in the follow-up courses and students from technical-professional high school (last year) through application. So part of it can be engineers, economists, jurists, scientists or future geodese, like students leaving professional schools.
The goal of the programme is to create tomorrow's leaders. Here, over a year, participants are offered the most advanced knowledge in a theoretical way. Then there's the practical part, where participants are in direct contact with management, energy link operation.
This generation will accept 30 students and 40 students most valued on the basis of previous criteria. For the students it will be leadership programme, and for students the technical programme.
Through the table, KEDS Academy members benefit knowledge and dexterity for easier integration into the labour market as well as for continued professional development. The academy is an excellent opportunity for the benefit of local and international experience and expertise, as well as opportunities to invest in the local and international market.
KEDS remains a company dedicated to the professional advancement of Kosovo youth through numerous projects in the Social Responsibility Sector (CSR). The company showed this commitment from the start of its activity.
KEDS Academy has started with the first generation several months after the launch of operations by KEDS-I itself, so 2013.
The programme has won several international awards at major world centres such as New York, Paris and Istanbul. This program has been followed as an example by other companies.
So far, more than 350 Kosovo students and students have been part of this programme, gaining great professional progress. Some of them are currently working in KED.
