Journalist Yusuf Salihu dies

At the age of youth, he began his work as an Albanian-language educator, in Bradash and Bajcina of Podujevo, to then begin a wild career in journalism, first as a co-positor of “Renaissance” from Podujevo, and then as a journalist, editor and deputy Renaissance editor.
During the period of Serbian occupation, it was at the forefront of the organisation of the parallel Albanian education system in Llap, naming the schools the names of our scholars and heroes on the irreversible road of the people of Kosovo for freedom and independence. It was a Kosovo-level model for this organisation.
Because of his national and patriotic activity, in the darkest year of the Serbian genocide over intellectual frameworks Jusuf experienced a real gorago taking place under the weight of the pendrek and iron bars of the police, which left him with whole health consequences.
Biographic note for author:
Yusuf Salih was born on March 27, 1947, at the Peran level of Llap. The primary and high school was conducted in Podujevo, while the philological Fulzitti, the literature branch, in Pristina. He worked in education in Baychina and Bradash whatever.
He was recently enrolled in journalism, until retirement. Literary writing began to take place as a high school student, cooperated with all the literary organs of the day. He participated in many literary contests and was also rewarded with prose and essayist creations.
The first book with stories “Ora without numbers” published in 1979, which criticism greeted with admiration. The second “Shan Vetja” in 2013.
